Right of Return (14 Days)
We offer a 14-day right of return from the date you receive your order.
Your return parcel must reach us within 14 calendar days from the day you submitted your return request.
The right of return applies exclusively to orders within the European Union (EU).
If your item arrived damaged, or if there is any issue with your order, you are always entitled to file a claim — regardless of location.
How to Initiate a Return

Choose a reliable carrier and ensure your parcel is delivered directly to our address (not to a service point).

Refund Policy
To receive a full refund, items must be returned:

in original condition,

with all tags and packaging included.
Refunds are typically processed within 15–30 business days after your return has been received and inspected by our team.
Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered by Season Collective.
A 90 SEK administrative fee will be deducted from the
